Comprehensive Plan

This link will take you to the Waverly Comprehensive Plan.  The original Comprehensive Plan was completed in 2009.  The plan will be revised as needed by the Economic Development Authority and the Planning and Zoning Commission.  Any revision undertaken will involve input from the community.
