Waverly's Zoning Ordinances are part of the Waverly Code of Ordinances.

Bolton & Menk has assisted the City in updated the Zoning Ordinances. The updated ordinances can be found in the documents below.

On October 14, 2025 at 6:00pm, the Waverly City Council approved the major update to Chapter 153 of the Waverly City Zoning Ordinance. These new ordinances are in effect as of 10/14/2025. To view the zoning ordinances and zoning maps, please see below.
