Waverly Boosters

Waverly Boosters are a volunteer organization that provides support to community events and activities, particularly those focused on families and children. They host community events such as: Waverly Daze Family Activities, National Night Out, and the Touch a Truck event at Market in the Park. They also host several fun family events; such as, the Diamonds & Denim Family Dance! Along with holiday events such as: the annual St. Patrick’s Day Event & the Easter Egg-stravaganza. The Boosters play a vital role in fundraising and volunteer recruitment to support these initiatives. They may sell promotional items, solicit donations, or organize fundraising events to help fund these events. A key aspect of the Waverly Boosters is their reliance on volunteers. They actively seek volunteers to help with event planning, setup, execution, and clean up. The Boosters aim to foster a sense of community by providing opportunities for residents to connect and participate in family-friendly activities. The Waverly Boosters also partner with other groups such as the local Girl Scouts and host the annual Santa’s Workshop/Lighting Up Waverly Event.
