Utility Billing Date Changes

The dates for the Utility Billing Cycle are changing!! We are changing the dates of our billing cycle to flow more easily with our new software. The bills you receive will show the service dates that you are being charged for each month. August is going to be a few days shorter since bills are being read before the end of the month.

Meter Read Dates are changing from the 1st working day of a month to the 3rd Wednesday of each month

Bill Due Dates are changing from the 10th of each month to the 16th of each month

Bill Send Out Dates are changing from the 15th of the month to the last working day of the month

Late Fee Dates are changing from the 11th of each month to the 17th of each month

See below for examples of the next few months to see how the dates look and what to expect.

For the month of August, the meters are going to be read on 08/26/26. The bills will be sent out on 08/31/26. The August Usage will be from 08/04/26-08/26/26. These bills will be due on 10/16/26.

For the month of September, the meters are going to be read on 09/16/26. The bills will be sent out on 09/30/26. The September Usage service dates will be from 08/27/26-09/15/26. These bills will be due on 11/16/26.

For the month of October, the meters are going to be read on 10/21/26. The bills will be sent out of 10/30/26. The October Usage service dates will be from 09/16/26-10/21/26. These bills will be due on 12/16/26.
