Irrigation meters are an excellent way to pay less for any outdoor water usage. Whether you have an irrigation system or not, any outdoor water can be run through an irrigation meter, such as: water plants, filling pools, sprinklers, washing your house or cars, etc. 

Irrigation meters are purchased from City Hall and they are $325. A plumber of your choosing will need to install the meter (we have a list of some plumbers in the area that install them on our business directory). City Hall needs to be informed when the plumber is there installing so that one of the maintenance members can meet them at your property to ensure it is set up correctly and get the necessary billing information from the meter. 

Irrigation meters are billed from May-October each year. You will receive a separate utility bill and have a separate account for your irrigation meter. Irrigation meters are billed with a monthly base rate of $13.50 and $13.68 per 1,000 gallons of usage.
