Attention Residents with Irrigation Meters
It has come to our attention that there was a mistake with the December 2024 billing for October 2024 Irrigation Meter usage. As many of you may notice, on the most recent bill (sent out 06/16/2025, for May 2025 usage) there appears to be extra charges. These charges are from October 2024 usage and monthly rate as a bill for that was not sent out in December 2024. Since a bill for irrigation meters was not sent out in December 2024, the balance was carried over to the most recent bill; there are no late fees associated with this.
The reason the bills were not sent out in December was due to a change in account numbers for all irrigation meters. This also means that any auto pay set up on PSN will not work until you register with the new account number. This number can be found on the most recent bills or you may call City Hall and ask for the new account number.
To link the new account number to the old one (in order to see past payments, balances, and other history), you will need to contact PSN at 1-877-390-7368.
