Software Changes & Online Payment Changes - No online payments until next week

We are SO excited to share that we are in the process of switching software programs! This means that City Staff is extra busy as we learn and implement the new software. With this new software, we will be implementing a new online payment portal! To use this new portal, you will need to register with your new account number that will be on your new bill.

We go live with our system on 08/11/2026! ANY autopayments on PSN will not work after 08/10/26. The new system, means your utility bills will look different and the account numbers will change. You will need to register your utility accounts with the new portal & new account number, but it will be much more user-friendly in the long run!
