Permits/Documents/Applications
Please complete the appropriate permit/application form and bring it to the city office. In the case of building projects, our building inspector will approve the project, assign the fees and then inspect the project after it is completed. Please note that only properties with PID's starting with 116 are in city limits and these rules apply only to them.
Follow the links below to download permits, forms, applications or other information that you need. In order to sign any of the forms below, you must select "E-Sign" and type your name out and place on the signature line. If the form cannot be signed online, feel free to print it out at home, sign it, and bring it to City Hall or it can be emailed without a signature and we can print it at City Hall to have you come in and sign it. If you have questions or need a form or application or information that is not list here, call the City office (763) 658-4217 all permits and documents can be emailed to office@waverlymn.gov. When emailing forms to the City, please specify the type of form in the Subject Line. Thank you!
